As Head of Active Citizens Programme (ACP) and Senior Manager of IRC, diligently worked closely with the British Council team, Facilitator trainers of Lahore College Women University faculty, students and external charitable and entrepreneurship organisations to develop and implement each aspect of the ACP from inception to implementation to evaluation stage and was the national and International focal person for the University model, providing expertise and support to the BC as key partner organisation. ACP has now been adopted by the HEC as a model programme for all public sector universities in Pakistan. The programme has also received national and international acclaim as a hugely successful citizenship model. • Experience of consultancy and working on Youth development and youth related issues • Experience of mentoring young people in learning and understanding of commitment to local community development, local community systems and processes. • Good understanding of global interdependence, global citizenship and sustainable development. • Experience of working with local communities. • Implemented Active Citizens Programme at Lahore College for Women University as a four credit hour course for its undergraduate students and ensure their participation. • Developed Monitoring &Evaluation Process to monitor the Social Action Projects initiated by LCWU students. • Extensive direct customer interaction & leadership experience.
