In my career path, I have garnered various human resource management and administrative experiences working with reputable organizations like Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB), Hedgeworth Limited and more recently Lizanel Nigeria Limited. I have worked as an HR Trainee Executive at Lizanel Nigeria Limited, a Human Resources (HR) and logistics firm primarily engaged in organizational capacity building. My current duties involve conducting behavioral and aptitude assessments for candidates applying for positions in various organizations we provide HR support to. Under the supervision of the Head of human resources, I engage in the shortlisting and interview processes for candidates applying for various positions in our partner organizations including government agencies such as the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) and Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) to mention but a few. I also provide administrative and logistic support to our team of resource persons in conducting didactic and skills based trainings for staff of our partner organizations across the country. Such duties include ensuring the availability of appropriate training venue, resource materials and the payment of stipends to training participants. I am quite conversant with using modern office software as well as filing systems in a confidentiality conscious environment. I have been well exposed to accounting software, preparation of client’s transaction records and accounts, preparing sales analysis report (Weekly/Monthly) and reconciliation of company’s bank statements. I am proficient in spoken and written English as well as computer systems, while having strong interpersonal relationship with customers.
