I am enthusiastic about words, effective writing, and teaching. My earliest career was teaching high school English and my biggest success was creating an elective class on World Literature. My classes were filled every year with students eager to read beyond the established texts; these included Dante's INFERNO, Lorca's BLOOD WEDDING, Chaucer's CANTERBURY TALES, Joyce's DUBLINERS, and several Shakespeare plays.
