Accomplished Customer Service Expert With more than 25 years of customer service, I am seeking a position where my passion for assisting others will be welcome and appreciated. Whether it be a team within an organization or clientele, my dedication is displayed with professionalism and efficiency. While communicating with someone, whether professional or personal, I treat that person as though they are the only person I am taking care of. I think over and beyond, I listen intently, I validate what they are conveying; I validate their requests, so they feel listened to and important. My current positions include home businesses. I am presently building an e-commerce business, which is taking some time to build up. I am teaching myself as I go, therefore it’s been quite an interesting process. Also, I have a part-time home life coaching business that I have worked with for the past 6 years. I can multi-task and work in an environment without being micro-managed, and complete tasks in a timely manner. I am well-disciplined with time-management while balancing priorities as requested. My hobbies include creative writing, reading, learning, research on the human mind having to do with psychology, and walking in nature.
