Account development Account Management & Reporting Set up and attend Client meetings for account review and business development Regular monitoring & review of plans Ensure resource on Account is appropriate at all times Monthly and quarterly reporting as per requested format Regular and ad hoc client meetings, contacts & communication Establish & maintain up to date understanding of Client accounts and requirements, including commercial/contractual & renewal information Project Management SCRUM, Agile, Kanban Working with other members of the business, such as developers, designers and account executives. Working with third party supplier or partners when appropriate to the project.
