I am an experienced product support associate and customer service representative for numerous businesses. Handled escalation and some service desk jobs too. I have been moved to different projects, pioneered most and even got promoted. I am very passionate on what I do and I own my job/work as if I am the owner and not just part of it. Currently working as product support associate for BDA (merchandising company) handling sports account managing multiple orders from sales to delivery. Attentiveness to details, order management and being able to communicate both to client and vendors any updates/status or the order from sourcing to after sales. Hoping to land a part-time job and with possible going full time in the future.
