• A dynamic professional with academic specialization in Accounts and Finance broadly Accounting Control Procedures, Monthly Closing and Cost Accounting Reports, Financial analysis, Preparation of Financial Reports and Budgeting.

 • Expertise in handling accounting functions entailing receivables, payables handling

 • Planning, strategizing and implementing abilities with demonstrated success in handling Finance issues as well as related project appraisals, policies and administrative matters. 

• Adept at handling day-to-day fund flow activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations. 

• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

 • Understand the importance of confidentiality and maintain it.

 • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Wroking 

• Preparation of monthly & annual Budget Sheets

 • Preparation of project Feasibility • Ensuring company dues are paid on time. 

•  Fund management and handling of petty fund. • Dealing with banks on a daily basis, undertaking periodic reconciliations with banks.

 • Issuing purchase orders, debit/credit notes, invoices to customers and suppliers.

 • Tagging and tracking inventory

 • Periodic filing of GST and income tax returns. 

• Liaison with internal and external auditors. 

• Monthly payroll processing • Retrieving system reports.

 • Verifying items billed against items ordered, received, and reconciling differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees.

 • Entering, updating, and/or retrieving accounting data from automated systems. 

• Posting financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system according to instructions. TAX WORKING • Making Sales tax Invoices. 

• Making monthly FBR sales tax input and output working sheet. 

• Making monthly PRA sales tax returns working sheet. 

• Submit Monthly With Holding Tax Statement Supplies. 

• Submit Monthly With Holding Tax Statement Employees. 

• Calculation of tax on employee’s salaries. 

• Calculation of property tax according to rules. 

• Making online CPR’S of tax payment to Govt. 

• Deposit withholding tax & sales tax.
