Hi, I am a post graduate in commerce with main subject accounts. I have worked as an accountant, purchase executive, analyst for the past 7 years. In my last job I have worked as an Accountant for a US based company and used quickbooks for maintaining their record so I have good experience of working in quickbooks. My key responsibilities were as follows: -Entering invoices in quickbooks -Requesting invoices from vendors and updating in system upon receipt -Generating invoices and sending to the customers -Reviewing the invoices and handling discrepancies in the invoices if any and ensuring that all the disputes are resolved in timely manner. -Bank Reconciliation and off-setting of the accounts -Generating reports as required by the management in excel -Preparing weekly and monthly inventory reports in excel
