I am, self-motivated, energetic and target oriented, like to take challenges and like to work independently by following policies & procedures of the Organization to achieve the overall target without any record of failure or dishonesty during more than 14 years of working in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Financing and taxation related activities in four manufacturing concerns, out of four three concerns are 100% export oriented. After completion of B.Com I have started studying CA in ICAB after successful completion of CA Foundation course I get articleship with Saha Mazumder & Co., Chartered Accountants, holding registration no 10859/02 then I have started professional training under supervision of Mr. Chitta Ranjan Mazumder, FCA for 4 (four) years, during the period of training I perform external auditor's works in Corporations, Financial Institutions, Other Govt. Organizations, NGO's and Public Limited Companies, also work as internal auditor of various large business and non-profit organizations and obtained huge knowledge on principle and practice of Accounting & Auditing and Accounting framework and reporting by following standards as governed by various national and international regulatory bodies for uniform Accounting practice and Audit all over the world. Also gathered practical knowledge on requirement of Income Tax, VAT, Customs, Company Law, Labour Law, Business Law and other rules and regulations applicable for running a business; and SEC, Banking and Insurance regulations for Financing and UCP 600 for international trade. After completion of CACC I joined 4 Star Group, as a Manager Accounts & Finance, there I set up modern accounting system replacing old system then I joined Ha-Meem Denim Ltd., as Accounts Officer there I was engaged in managing factory accounts, building cost accounting system and assist in setting up ERP software, then I joined Opex & Sinha Textile Group, as a Manager Accounts & Finance major job was to assist H.O Central Finance Team by fulfilling the requirements of banks under supervision of a group of professionals and acquired huge knowledge on functional techniques of financing, fund management and controlling, is the base of my banking and commercial experiences then I joined Intelligent Card Ltd. ISO (9001:2015) certified, as General Manager getting stewardship for carrying out the business, during the tenor of stewardship ICL become the number one company of Bangladesh.
