I have a diverse background including both management and financial accounting with over  3 years of financial experience working for large and medium sized companies. I am a native Amharic speaker and fulently i speak englishe. i have a BA degree in Business  from the University of Haramaya. Most recently I was the Finance Controller for a £190m turnover business and responsible for the financial leadership and development of 10+ finance professionals. I have a can do attitude and delivered process improvements, developed financial policies, up-skilled the team and led through a transition to private equity and following sale to a listed company.
