I have more than 4 years experience as an accountant at two companies located in Bucharest and looking for a new challenge. I was involved in the preparation and cancelation of invoices, reviewing and shipping documents, preparing daily reports, entering data into the computer system using ERP programs and account reconciliation. Besides possessing the knowledge of accounting and billing procedures, I am highly proficient in finding discrepancies in accounts and invoices, which comes from my ability of being detailoriented. I am highly proficient in receiving orders via e-mail and phone and sending offers via e-mail. Billing payments, while ensuring high quality customer service is a daily task of my job. My excellent organizational skills with my ability to meet deadlines will be a great asset to your organization. I possess a demonstrated ability to determine best practice procedures for accounts receivables such as: organizing invoices, releasing delinquent notices, managing outstanding accounts, keeping a monthly ledger of account activity and ensuring that all unpaid invoices are managed appropriately. Further tasks of my job were crediting customer according to their financial situation and their working history with us and collecting and allocating of payments considering their due dates. My job also contained to provide the best support for customers, to welcome them nicely on the phone and in our shop and to support them at any queries with invoices or orders. I am the juncture between our company, the customer and the shipping company. My multi-tasking skills and positive attitude help me solving daily problems easily. That way I have improved my communication and negotiation skills for the benefit of all parties.
