Having more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance management. Having keen knowledge of excel and MIS reports. 

Worked as  Financial adviser in several companies.

Having good knowledge of Excel formulas such as  Vlookup, Pivot Table, Micro, Macro, Mail Merge. Having good typing skills in English and Punjabi Language. Worked on many accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Accounts, SAP, ICRM, ECRM. Handling all billing related inquiries. Managing all Taxation, Budget management, Inventory and stock management. Managing all Payroll, EPF,ESI for a team of 70 to 80 persons. Managing all Accounting Books, GST, Primary vs Secondary. Managed all services on distributor end for 9 years like sale purchase, RNR, increments, Salaries, EPF, ESI, GST R1, GST R2, Account Ledger, CashFlow, Banking, Managed more than 1600 products with different product numbers  and HSN Codes. Daily stock check, Reconciliation of Bank, 

  • Support upside opportunities through managing case by case scenarios for fee application through communication, enforcement, and identifying billing opportunities
  • Lead, or participate in, Customer Service key strategic initiatives Effective coverage of current install-base customers (Facility, Automobile, Tyres, Wheels ) to understand their needs by capturing the voice of the customer.
  • Ability to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work
  • Provide professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with clients, identifying and meeting client’s primary needs
  • Demonstrate commitment to taking ownership & accountability of client problems at first point of contact in achieving SLA
  • Take ownership of client problems at first point of contact ensuring there is an immediate response to the customer or escalation to the relevant authority or business partners for resolution, whilst maintaining ownership of the problems
  • Expected to complete all spreadsheets daily that are required for daily and monthly reporting
  • Use complete understanding of features and services, and processes related to the products supported by the team to effectively and efficiently process financial and non-financial transactions and client correspondence
  • Coordinate with customers to pick-up material being returned
  • Coordinate with electricians to have material returned to manufacturer or warehouse
  • Understand all executed contract terms for assigned customers through collaboration with Contracts, Pricing, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to ensure full compliance
  • Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service and repair offerings
  • Generate leads for service and repair or equipment upgrades/modernization
  • Adept at working in multiple systems to perform job function
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, & time management skills
  • Execution of varied list of tasks, meetings and influencing others
  • Face to face remote customer service and or account management experience.
  • Relevant network experience.
