Duties and Responsibilities. Monitoring Payable, Receivable and Fund flow statement. Handling Petty cash, Inventory checking & Valuation. Bank transaction / Bank Reconciliation, Follow up with Debtors and Creditors and reconciliation of their Accounts. Maintaining books of Accounts. Maintaining Employee’s files, Time keeping and preparing Payroll. Preparation of daily sales reports, Statements of Accounts, Quotations, Performa’s Purchase orders, Invoices. In charge of daily cash book management and also bank reconciliations. Financial controls, Very good knowledge of MS Office, Stores / cash accounting, Despatch and distribution. Preparing the BOQ, BOM, Cost Sheet, Quotation in the system and sending the proposal to customer.
