Hello there, I am working for restaurant industry where i am creating analytical reports on weekly basis. Kind of reports that i prepare includes, 1. Management Report:- Wherein you would find all details like days and category wise sales, Gross Profit, P&L, Covers details day wise, Void details etc. (with graphical presentation) 2.Weekly Gross profit report:- wherein you would get information regarding your sales, gross profit and gross profit in percentage on weekly basis so that you can see your gross profit for each category like food, wine, coffee, drinks for all weeks together.(with graphical presentation) 3. Detail sales Report:- in which you would get details for sales for each category day wise and spend for each category for the week. (with graphical presentation) 4. Complimentary Report :- It provides you details as to complimentary, category & Reason wise. (with graphical presentation) 5. Void Report :- It would contains Void for the week, reason and employee wise. (with graphical presentation) 6. Cover Reports:- it would contain details as to covers for the week and previous weeks as well. Which you can easily compare with last year's and last week's covers.
