  • Fulfilling the Corporate Governance Requirements of Listed Company.
  • Making Investment Analyzing  of financial information relating to specific companies for making investment decisions, e.g. company results to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors
  • Reconciliation accounts with creditors balances and adjusting differences
  • Performing Bank Reconciliations
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances , identifying trends, recommending actions to management
  • Dealing with banks, stock brokers and regulatory institutions
  • Performing Budget expenses analysis and analyzing expenditure
  • Proper filing of all vouchers and documents systematically
  • Filing TAX Returns of Companies and Individuals
  • Handling Notices of Tax Authority and related with Tax affairs of Company.
  • Making Compliance with Corporate Requirements of Securities & Exchange Commission and Stock Exchange Regulations.
  • Handling Notices of Securities & Exchange Commission regarding corporate affairs of the Company.
