Review compliance to the accounting systems & procedures in place; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalisation of yearend financial statements. 2. Managing the maintenance of Accounting System & financial statements including P&L Account and Balance Sheet, ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and accounting standards. 3. Preparing and maintaining necessary stock records to track the inward / outward movement of goods; conducting stock verification / reconciliation at regular intervals. 4. Preparing reports on performance of company, scrutinize the processes / procedural break downs in accounting system, operational divisions in the organisation. 5. Handling financial matters including Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis. 7. Closing books of account and finalisation of Financial Statement. 8. Preparation and publication of Quarterly & Annual Financial results as per the listing agreement. 9. Preparation of consolidated financial statements of group companies. 10. Preparation of Annual Report. 11.Preparation of budget and rolling P&L account. 12.Checking and analysis of monthly expense and provisioning of expenses. 13. Reconciliation of accounts of Branches with head office. 14. Finalisation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss. 15.Quarterly TDS Return, Vat Return & also preparing service tax Return. 16. Income Tax Notices Replay and Prepare Case Documents. 17. Forcasting Sheet Prepare & Business Analysis. 18. GST Complied & file return due date. Skills in UK Accounting 1. UK Accounting Book-Keeping. 2. VAT Return Compilation Prepare VAT Return. 3. Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz risk control, profitability etc. MIS 1. Designing and implementing systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across organisation. 2. Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance,viz risk control, profitability etc. 3. Compiling & analysing of MIS on debtors, creditors, expense sheet & analysis of profitability position of the organisation. AUDITS 1. Planning and management of activities to ensure completion of internal, statutory and Tax audits within the time frame. 2. Taking actions on the basis of audit recommendations to improve the shortcoming & processes. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS 1. Analysing business processes, conducting trend/ratio analysis to fine tune decision making. 2. Consolidating and preparing of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial accounts. 4.
