➢ Maintaining of monthly expense sheet of regional sales team.
➢ Prepare monthly salaries of Sales team members, field officers, and Drivers.
➢ Generate sales invoice Reconciliation and payments.
➢ Parties Reconciliation.
➢ Preparation of General Ledger and General Vouchers.
➢ Creation of Delivery challan and Sales Order in ERP.
➢ Posting of provisional receipts vouchers in software system after verification of bank payments
➢ Management reporting and ensuring compliance.
➢ Maintaining regional store stock and all matters
➢ Maintaining daily cash book of regional office petty cash.
➢ Management of accounts Payable and Receivable
➢ Verification of bank accounts position.
➢ Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.
➢ Prepare Teaching staff & Admin staff salaries.
➢ Supervise cashier Receipts and payments.
➢ Check and verify daily cash book of cashier petty cash.
➢ Fee Vouchers posting in software system.
➢ Reporting to higher management.
➢ Advance under of ERP(ORACLE).
➢ Making Budgets and analysis.
➢ Preparation of Audit Reports.
