As one of the Controllers at ISquared Capital, I played a key role in the remarkable growth of our Global Infrastructure investment funds, overseeing AUM growth from $17 billion to +$37 billion since 2020. Responsible for managing $16 billion AUM across ISquared funds, I collaborated with the CFO to build a strategic team, implemented robust valuation processes, and ensured compliance. As a Hedging Committee member, I oversaw accurate valuation of derivatives portfolios. Additionally, I managed SEC filings, led due diligence meetings, implemented reporting processes, and demonstrated expertise in financial metrics and cash analysis. My responsibilities extended to deal structuring, onboarding counterparties, and addressing ad hoc requests. I approved daily wires, negotiated fees, and provided ongoing training, contributing to the success and financial excellence of our funds.
