o To work with different Clients and manage their accounts.
o Prepare reports on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
o Review the details provided by the managers, distribute the payments.
o To reconcile Banks and Ledgers.
o Process the payable invoices weekly.
o Perform daily entry of accounting, weekly perform checking and updating.
o Email the invoices to regarding clients.
o Maintaining the official files.
o Prepare monthly reports.
And could perform following jobs. Accounting, Basic Accounting, Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & etc.
