I am expressing my interest and would like to submit my proposal towards this project which is to update and regularly update the company financial records using Quickbooks.
I have an accounting degree and working for more than 2 years now on the safe field.
Most of the time I handle all areas of accounting. List of tasks are:
- Invoicing
- Record payments made by customers against invoices
- Record receipts or expenses and attached necessary supporting document
- Reconcile bank, credit card, paypal or merchant account
- Inventory set-up and management
- Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reports needed for tax filing and management use
- Set-up new business to accounting platform of their choice
- Fix any issues or errors committed and provide advise on the correct accounting process
- Catch up work which involves several months/years of backlogs
- Provide training and consultation on how to properly use an accounting software
- Migration of data from old software to a new software
- As per needed, I can also provide budget or cash flow analysis
- Some admin roles
