I will perform the Bookkeeping duties such as: AP/AR - enter bills, cut checks, enter deposits, code and categorize each transaction -Issue invoices, follow up on overdue accounts - Reconciling - (monthly) bank accounts, - Payroll - (done through ADP) and requires entry into the system - Run and review financial statements - assist with tax preparation, coordinating with tax preparer -Record financial transactions into Accounting sofwares - Administrative management (filing, scheduling, reporting) -Assist with the recordkeeping and financial management of your business I have also experience in connecting remotely to a client's desktop via Teamviewer, GotoMyPc, LogeMeIn, Remote Desktop Connection, and viewing, uploading, exporting reports from/to DROPBOX, SHOEBOXED, Evernote, Podio, Google Drive, Slack, Buildium, PAYPAL, and ONLINE BANK STATEMENTS.
