Assist clients.
1. Day to day transactions recording on Quick books, Zero and any other accounting systems.
2. Maintain records digitally. This includes approved vouchers, invoices, supporting documents duly approved by the management.
3. Maintain accounting ledgers, ensure all accrual are accurately recorded, knock off subsequently.
4. Ensure periodical closing and update trial balance.
5. Maintain supporting schedules and update reconciliations duly matched with the trial balance
6. Update financial statements, ensure all business activities, accrual are accurately and timely recorded.
7. Prepare periodical reporting pack which includes financial statements and supporting schedules, reconciliations.
8. Assist in direct / indirect tax compliances. Ensure accounting records are matched with tax records
9. Assist in client’s internal, external and tax audits.
10. Prepare monthly payroll worksheets.
11. Ensure all allowances, benefits are accurately calculated and uploaded in payroll system.
12. Ensure all statutory and non-statutory deductions are accurately calculated and uploaded in payroll system.
13. Pays slips distribution.
14. Post payroll activities compliances includes filing of tax returns and filing of social security contribution
15. Maintain payroll records as per income tax compliance.
16. Update payroll cost into financial system as per cost centers and GL codes.
