WORK EXPERIENCE

Completed my Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) in 1996 and have over 25 year’s hands-on-experience in Financial and Accounting functions in a fully computerized environment and I am conversant with all functional accounting functions, IFRS, MIS, P2P-procure to pay, O2C-order to cash, R2R-record to report, interacting with auditors, finalization of accounts. Possess good communication skill, sound learning knowledge and Team building are some of the core areas of strength.

Job Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for Accounts Payables and Receivables and involved with the team in assisting end to end the process involved and ensured timely payments.
  • Management Reporting of various Fund Flow situation. Annual Planning / Budgeting.
  • Prompt Billing and ensuring Receivables are closely monitored – Ageing Analysis,
  • Coordinating with Internal and External Auditors. Statutory compliance etc.
  • Various Investor related discussions, Accounting package, Excel, Word etc.
  • Ensure that Statutory compliances are adhered to – IT, PF, ECIS, PT, ST,
  • Reconciliation of Ledger is done on regular basis,
  • Costing work involved for pricing,
  • Preparing Management Report and ensure stake holders deadlines were met and assisting in all the reports and coordinating with stake holders.
  • Handling the asset allotment end to end. Coordinate with IT and CAM for smooth delivery to staff.
  • Involved in the ePROC checking and approvals.
  • Metrics for the entire FSSC Business Units – preparation of Dash boards and also the analysis for each Business Units and the Management Team.
