1) Hands-on experience in various aspects of Finance & Accounts i.e. General Ledger, Financial reporting, Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Inter-Company 2) Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards, Knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS 3) Well versed with SAP, Oracle, HFM and computerized Accounting Packages 4) Experience in Transition of accounting process. Successfully completed four transitions. Out of four transitions, two are GL process and one is FA 5) Knowledge in preparing Budgets, Balance Sheet Flux / Variance analysis
