Reconciles general ledger accounts and other intercompany accounts with over 50 affiliates across the globe and issues debit and credit notes to ensure proper recording of expenses
Validates intercompany balance sheet and income statements on a quarterly basis and prepares elimination entries after ensuring reasonable amounts of intercompany balances
Documents processes and proposes process improvements such as automation procedures for certain processes
Facilitates knowledge transfer and training to less experienced analysts
Ensures 100% compliance of the team to administrative tasks
Organizes and hosts quarterly townhall meetings
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
