I have 20+ years experience in Bookkeeping, AR/AP, and Data Entry. My skills consist of excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Adobe, and QuickBooks. Experienced in all accounts payable processes & management of recording transactions, posting debits and credits, reconciling accounts, & ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Prepare and type checks, billing forms, financial documents, estimates, bid forms, and any routine correspondences. Experienced in all accounts receivable processes & management including posting customer payments properly to their accounts, generating monthly statements for clients, reconciling accounts, & ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Competent in reconciling bank account statements against control documents by: verifying debits and credits posted to accounts; identifying discrepancies between statement and control figures; notifying bank representatives or department staff members of account errors and overseeing their correction.
