Roles and Responsibilities with OFC WORK Team & Govt:- Preparation and submitted of tenders (Both) manually and online of various department OFC laying and Mtce works BSNL, RAILTEL, POWERGRID, BBNL, NTR etc. (Tender Wizard and E-procurement) Attend prebid meeting for clarification in tender with the concern committee Regular follow-up and arrange meeting with govt. officer for processing the bills, work order, agreement and release of the funds. Preparation of daily work progress sheet of like, Duct Laying, OFC Laying, Chamber or Completion of the route. Coordinate with Site team, supervisor and telecom operators for store, graph, etc. Prepare OFC Laying And Mtce work bill on time to time with complete all documents also
