I worked as Invigilator in British Council from December 2017 to April 2022

My main responsibilities as a team member are:

 

Ø Preparing Proper Seating Plan for students before starting test..

Ø Taking Attendance

Ø Guiding to candidates about the conduct of the Test to ensure that they fully

      Understand what they are required to do.

Ø Observe and checking each candidate in the examination room at all times

Ø     confirming candidate identity during entering in Examination center

Ø    Distribution of Question Book & Answer sheets

Ø Collection of question book along with answer sheet at the end of test

Ø Checking and maintaining computer base online test.

  • Collation, input, checking and processing of payroll data, including expense payroll. 
  • Administration and reconciliation of annual and sick leave entitlements. 
  • Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes and debit notes as required/requested.
  • Reconcile debtors/creditors ledger monthly to ensure they are accurate and fully updated and ultimately reporting to higher authorities.
  • Compile monthly aged debtor reports and other detailed debtors report.
  • Debt reminder letters sent out on a regular basis, and email and phone contact when necessary. 
  • Processing journals and general ledger maintenance as necessary, accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Assisting the Senior Manager Accounts to ensure integrity of the General Ledger (coding accuracy). 
  • Assisting the Manager Finance with preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Assisting the Manager Finance with budget input and monitoring.
  • Production of all financial reports in accordance with published timetables in conformity with approved accounting standards as applicable. 
  • Act with objectivity, independence and integrity at all times.
  • At RSMi I worked as a team member in following audit engagements:

     

     

     

    My main responsibilities as an audit team member are:

     

    • Assist in audit planning
    • Participating in engagement team discussion
    • Taking part in audit execution, specially working in HR internal controls, Expenses & Revenue etc.
    • Prepare in reporting.
    • Preparing and reviewing other related documentation.
    • Preparing and reviewing management letter points.
    • Performing test of controls to ensure their effectiveness.
    • Preparing and reviewing the observation checklists.
    • Recording & verification of suppliers, contractors & other invoices
    • Compile & analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts & document business transaction.
    • Observation of physical stock count and reporting thereof.
    • Carrying out Test of Controls and Substantive Audit Procedures.
    • Verification of clients’ financial statements for assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses in accordance with its policies and procedures, regulatory requirements
