I have working experience of Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset Management, and Capital Working in Progress, Intangible Assets Management, and Supply Chain & Inventory Management.
Key field, in which I have performing my responsibilities are
- Financial Reporting
- Creating Chart of Accounts to adhere the LOB, project and head wise recording in ERP
- Management reporting of Capital expenditures and operating expenses monthly / quarterly & annually.
- To perform issuance of inventory from warehouse
- Record keeping of Fixed Assets, CWIP and inventory transaction after verification of invoices with supporting documents
- Preparing of monthly LOB / entity wise reports / schedule of Fixed Assets, CWIP & inventory
- Monthly review of additions / deletions in fixed asset, CWIP to reconcile with general ledger / report & monitor proper category wise recording
- Coordination with other business units to ensure that best practices are being leveraged to each other.
- Ensure internal control compliance within company.
- All assets disposals/ write offs and Scrapping as per policy guidelines.
- Maintain and Archive Complete record of Disposals for visibility, review, audit operational, and Management reporting.
