• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of accounts department.
• Oversee the payment to contractors and suppliers when construction draws are funded.
• Review all monthly job cost reconciliations.
• Oversee cash management functions for all development/construction projects.
• Maintain general ledger accounts for all projects under construction
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Implementing best practice internal controls and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare internal books for outside auditors in a timely fashion (quarterly and annually)
• Ensure key contact information is updated as changes occur.
• Preparing stock statement for every month to bank.
• Preparing FFR 1 for every 3 months for 4 quarters & submit to bank.
• Preparing FFR 2 for every 6 months & submit to bank
• Maintaining Labor wise and Site wise Accounts
• Banking Operations – Online Payments, Cheque Preparation etc…
• Bank Reconciliation
• Payroll Management.
• GST and TDS Filling
• Other Works Related to Accounts and Finance.
