Currently I work as an Administrative Assistant and I can type 61 wpm and I can transcribe audio files to documents. I have 20 years experience in working in accounting and 5 years as an Administrative Assistant. Proficient in computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and many others. I have also done internet evaluations and I have been a mystery shopper for the past 2 years placing outbound calls to businesses evaluating customer service and sales and then transcribing the conversations to a report.
