review and process billing invoices in accordance with accounting policies.
ensure proper claims of taxes
verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor billing and supporting documents,
correspond with applicant and request to inquiries.
set up invoices for payment in SAP and FOA system.
ensure to have monitoring of all process payments.
prepare monthly accrual
monthly SAP PO clean-up (MIGO and MIRO)
collaborate to general accounting for any concern with account payables.
resolve team issue and or escalate to management.
