I had been in the BPO industry for almost 6 years and was able to acquire skill as a back office processor handling order to cash process, doing Collections, cash application and dispute analysis, as well as report generation and customer service as we also handle client's query regarding the accounts that we handle. I was a back office support for a food manufacturing company handling Accounts receivables and coordination with foreign counterparts to be able to assist in the day to day transactions of the company. As a medium of doing my task, I had been trained to use different systems such as Oracle, Salesforce and SAP.
