The Mansoura Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Bahaa El-Din Al-Marri, decided, on Tuesday, to refer the papers of the accused of killing Naira Ashraf, known in the media as “the Mansoura University student,” to the Mufti of the Republic, and set the next July 6 session to pronounce the verdict.
