I am determined to help students recognize their own wealth of emotion and empathy to aid them in their confidence, performance, and authenticity. I can confidently say that anyone who takes on these classes with me will leave each class feeling more in tune with their own emotions, the emotions of others, and their own self-assuredness. The specifics: I am offering a 12-week program that includes a 1-hour Zoom class each week, one "playdate" within the 12-week period (for the student and up to 5 friends), and personalized lesson plans.
