1 - To increase the participation of studends in the learning process apt learning experince to be given to them. For this we can make use of the real learning experiences in th actual cituation or making an artificial cituation using Information Communication Technology resourses. A techer should act as fecilitator to the students. Teacher should provide open ended and challenging activities to the students. For this a lot of preparation is needed for the teachers before the class. I can help teachers for the preparation in planning activity based and IT enabled class. ( ABC). 2 - I can offer help in the works using M S Office / Open Office in th computer by word, spread sheet, power point etc. 3 - I can support studends to study Physics, Chemisry and Political Science too. 4 - I can give support to school administration proceedures. 4 - I can monitor fish farns management proceedures and fresh water mussles farm too.
