I am a friendly person that likes to be able to connect with other people; I like to understand and be understood, like to listen but also to be heard, I think that`s why i have been involved in customer service since i began working for call centers, I can definitely say that i understand what it means to put yourself in other people`s shoes, although sometimes its not pretty, i have been also an interpreyter over the phone, data entry, translator and biligual tour guide, i have done a little bit of everything and that little has taken me to great places and opportunities i am very reliable, honest and stick to what i think its positive for me and the ones around me
