I started working in the BPO industry in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Company in US, taking inbound calls, providing customer support and troubleshooting their glucometers over the phone before we have them replaced for free if it really doesn't work anymore. In 2010, I was an Outbound Sales Representative for a known Telecommunications Company, also in US. It was in 2011 when I worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Insurance in New Jersey where I handled inquiries on eligibility, benefits and claim status. I transferred to doing non-voice jobs in 2013 as a Product Description Writer for an online shopping website and was transferred to another campaign in 2014 as an Email Support Representative providing customer support using the Zendesk as our tool. After being a top performer for two consecutive quarters in 2015, I was promoted as a Quality Analyst where my people skills were developed since I’m mentoring the team on how to improve their efficiency in the work process. I became a Team Leader in 2016 where my skills were fully utilized. I became exposed to Client Communication, dealing with escalations while managing the team. I'm a versatile team player, easily trained, adaptable and can work with minimal supervision. I recently resigned from TaskUs last April 14, 2018 since I want to focus working on a homebased platform. I am confident that my experience in Creative Writing, Email Handling, Customer Service and Operations Management will qualify me for consideration.
