1. Responsible for receiving, communicating and checking in of guests in correspondence with company policy. 2. Takes care of requests, complaints of guests/employees/client and relays it to the appropriate personnel. 3. Manages and makes appropriate records to ensure guests requests/requirements are satisfied. 4. Monitors work order requests, complaints and maintenance deficiencies reported and ensure that these are completed and closed in time. 5. Functions as document controller of the department. 6. Single point of contact for employees inquiring about biometrics for payroll processing. 7. Timely submission of all employees biometrics data and processed payroll accounts. 8. Creates and updates trackers for inventory and finances for site. 9. Conceptualize and facilitates special project for employees (recreational). 10. Escalation point for all complaints related to building facilities and food and provides immediate action in accordance with company procedures. 11. Assures sufficient amount of foods are prepared and served to the employees. 12. Creates monthly business reviews. 13. Prepares Purchase requests of the site. 14. Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders for site improvements and maintenance.
