As admin clerk, and ex-student , I am highly skilled and experienced with computer and IT. I have using a several software at my school and in my job. I am able managing data entry using programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Publisher), Open Office (Writer, Calc, Math, Impress, Math, Draw and Base), Adobe PDF, SPSS program, R program, Sage UBS and Navision Attain. I am able using email such as gmail and yahoo mail. I am experienced in all clerical duties, besides I have assists in accounting duties. There are some duties that I have done in my job; organizing information and document that given in soft and hard copy, typing and managing data into computer, typing letters, key in time reporting, key in data invoicing, inventory and receiving into Sage UBS and Navision Attain, scanning data and insert into computer, do book keeping, balancing statements, updating and forwarding information by mailing list using gmail and Microsoft Outlook and communicate customer via email and Skype.
