? Schedule appointments and organize meetings ? Assist with appointments/registration for outside meetings, conference and travel requirements ? Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and handles confidential information with utmost discretion ? Prepare business documents, maintain hard copy and electronic filing system ? Responsible for incoming, outgoing mails, memos and documents for Signature of the Executives ? Manage Executive calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings and confirm appointments ? Organizes legal records, documents and reports ? Prepare travel arrangements including: Airline bookings, Hotel Accommodation, Itinerary, Visas etc. ? Prepare quotation and budget proposal for approval of the Executives ? Manage bank transactions and processing of payments ? Liaise and coordinate with, or provide support to internal staff ? Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned ? Attend and assist during actual events ? Purchase, store and monitor the office supplies
