• Ensure timely AMC of office equipments like AC/UPS/DG/Stabilizer/CCTV/Fire Alarm/EPBAX/ FAX Machine, Rate Contracts with various service providers, facility vendors. • Ensuring office Housekeeping staff/ Pantry & Security is of high standard • Repairs & Maintenance • Facilitate centralized events like Town Hall Meets, Board Meetings • Visiting Cards & ID Cards • Vendor Relationship Management. • Responsible for purchase requests & vendor payments. • Checking Stock, Stock expiry, Preparing Local Purchase Order as per the item required and arranging the store room. • Security team managements. • General Admin activities. • New Systems Implementation. • Event Management.
