Throughout my work experience, I realized that every job involves endurance and risk. I have realized that every individual have differences in communicating. As an Admin/ HR Head, I was able to cope and handle client concerns, queries, issues about delay on billing request and other related matter. Also, I was responsible to all dealings in the Administration and Accounting Department, controlling and budgeting financial expenses as well as informing about the standards and procedures of a business, quality time and project accomplishments that will satisfy the clients. During my previous work experienced, I have learned how to enhance my strategic planning expertise, communication skills, develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationship with co- workers/ colleagues, local or international suppliers, etc., and ability to motivate individuals to achieved desired results and common goals. I abide the company’s policies in maintaining utmost confidentiality of all information under the company’s property; and improve the operational system, process efficiency, quality standard and policies of the company.
