1. To assist the Human Resource Manager in the implementation of the recruitment process and to source for employees to meet the needs of the organization. 2. To assist the Human Resource Manager and the Group & business in all industrial relation matters and provide advisory and administrative support on the said matter. 4. To assist in the handling or resolving of issues relating to the terms and conditon of the contract of employment, employee grievances and disciplinary issues. 5. Responsible for the payroll administration of all employees including generating of salary remittance advice and the relevant statutory contributions.
