n my current role as a Project Coordinator with Quintiles and in my previous experience as a Division/Project Coordinator with Charles River Analytics, I assisted in overseeing aspects of projects from contracting, to configuring customer accounts and providing our technical team with needed support. Much of this support includes producing financial reports and budgeting and staffing projects. I also maintain executive calendars in order to schedule both internal and external meetings, as well as planned travel to assist the team’s successful collaboration.
