I have been with the call center industry for almost 4 years handling technical accounts for a gaming console account and some billing with a cable and ISP account. Throughout my tenure as a call center agent I have developed skills in handling calls and emails responding to customers' concerns. My previous work requires a lot of patience, dedication, soft-skills, listening-skills and empathy, maintaining friendliness conversation yet at the same time professionalism. I have also learned to be resourceful in attempting to resolve issues which would require a lot of research through to internet. I also had to continuously learn and train to keep up with all the updates. I am also proficient with MS Offfice applications.
