I Am currently looking for a home based job so I can take care of my kids. My previous job was Junior Hr consultant under a financial institution which caters human resources policy all over Asia, Australia, New Zealand and India. We use PeopleSoft and Paysonnel for Payroll, and Edge applications for employees learning Development. We do customer service, process hr queries, policy and basic employee relations. Case management is also part of my job description. I have background in calls and emails.
