I am Mark Eric G. Torio, a well experienced freelancer. I am very thrilled to start my career here in Guru and to be able to use all of my knowledges from my past career experience and would definitely love to contribute my time and energy for this position.

I started working from a specific homebased online tutor company from 2017 up until 2021. I consistently started as a Sourcing Specialist, awarded as the top Sourcing Specialist in 2019 and luckily got promoted as a Team Leader after a year. Basically, based on my knowledges, I am very keen to operating systems in a homebased job such as navigating all types of Google navigations also. I can easily multitask by answering the daily queries thru inbound and outbound phone calls and in emails, encoding every type of tasks to be given, simply entering datas thru a computer system and Google navigations as well. I believe I am responsible enough to effectively handle a group or team based on my experience as a Team Leader. I also believe I have the full potential to be a Customer Support Associate because of my career experience for almost five consecutive years.
