I've been a VA on a third party seller in Amazon for 2 years and been an account manager for 1 year. I do messages every day and daily monitor the metrics of the store, also part of my job is to remove feedbacks. I've been listing items from other sources and add it in the inventory and tried using tools like sku grid and ecom solutions when listing and adding items in Amazon. I was also an email support in Shopify and tried using ASANA, CHQ, HelpScout, and Slack. I'm a fast learner and love to explore and learn more.
