Good day. My name is Melissa and i'm from South-Africa. I have 10+ year experience in administration/ secretary work. I'm advanced in Microsoft Office and write and speak fluent English and Afrikaans (home language). My previous employment: I was an administrator for ESC (electronic silo certificates). I did inbound call center, wrote software manuals,assisted the JSE with electronic grain trading support, agricultural consultation, it support,providing grain trading solutions across Southern-Africa and building customer relationships. I also previously worked for an infertility specialist where i worked on all his accounts, administration and i also manage all the social media accounts for his business.
